Intermittent non play of certain systems

Hi, I can play my games on some but not all TV/monitors and was wondering if anyone could tell me why that is?
At home I have it playing on a Panasonic TV and every game works, at my friends house he uses a different TV and Mega Drive and Arcade games refuse to work. It really baffles me as I’ve not changed any setting other than played around with resolutions.

When changing to different TVs / monitors. Windows will see it as a new hardware. And will default to 1080P/59HZ. Check and verify the resolution when connected to a new monitor. And ensure your 60HZ (North America)
