Well it's officially 2020 and I can honestly say that this project is officially dead. So nice for Big Mike and his crew to not even give us an official send off or just admit that they are done with this project. Hell, they can't even wish anyone a Happy new year. What your company did to us, is exactly why people are hesitant to back any project on kickstarter. Thanks for showing your true colors to everyone! Enjoy all of that backer money!

Yep, all we got was a crappy update which didn't live up to their promise of fixing the multiple major issues with this device. They couldn't even be bothered porting it out via their own servers as an automatic update. Talk about final insult, I suppose we should be grateful they put it out at all as a 10 step manual process. They should have at least pushed it out automatically, but Im guessing the fact that none of their team even responds on forums anymore, and there hasn't been any official news for months, means the future of this its not looking good and its probably dead. Thank god for the few diligent volunteers who tried to help so many people with the multiple issues on community forums, but the company should have made updates to fix the defects, not the ridiculously complex workarounds. In the end I gave up in sheer frustration, no I dont want to stuff around with 20 step processes, the promised plug and play machine we were promised was definitely not what was delivered. Good learning for me to not buy unproven tech products from crowd funding. On a side note, purchased an NVIDIA Shield, works perfectly, none of the issues which plagued the Replay. The Shield is the machine that Replay should have been.

Within a month of receiving it, I put it in a box due to the lack of support. Why not just come out and say "we are selling you a tiny computer that you need to figure out how to work?" Support sucked from the start. I can't believe the Dreamcade community lasted as long as it did. To have your entire product based on intellectual property theft and horrible support...wow. If I had known, I would have stayed away and I could have saved a couple hundred $$. So many people ripped off.....

Total ripoff...I gave up a while ago....Found the box will run the CoinOPS Arcade vs Pinball image (just barely) so I put it in a verticle cabinet and at least am getting some use out of it. But yup total ripoff!!!!
